The Martin B-26 Marauder was the first US medium bomber used in the Pacific in 1942, it went on to serve with distinction in the Mediterranean and European theater maintaining the lowest loss rate of any aircraft of WWII. This model is the old Monogram 1/48 scale kit from the 70's built to represent an aircraft of the 397th Bomb Group of the 598th Bomb Squadron.
